Ingredients
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1 gallon apple juice
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 6 whole cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 750 ml 190-proof grain alcohol (Everclear) or substitute 150-proof
- 750 ml vodka
- Optional: caramel syrup, vanilla bean, orange peel, star anise
Instructions
In a large pot, combine apple cider, apple juice, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and apple pie spice.
Bring to a simmer, stirring until sugars dissolve.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Stir in grain alcohol and vodka once cooled.
Pour into sterilized mason jars or airtight bottles.
Add a cinnamon stick or garnish if desired.

Seal and refrigerate for at least 3β4 weeks for optimal flavor. Enjoy responsibly!

Adjust sweetness with more or less sugar, or natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup.
Store in a cool, dark place or refrigerate; it can last up to 2 years unopened.
