BAILEYS CHEESECAKE RECIPE

This Baileys Cheesecake is a decadent dessert that combines the rich and creamy flavors of cheesecake with the smooth Irish cream liqueur. Perfect for special occasions or as a delightful treat!

Ingredients

– 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup heavy whipping cream

– Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  6. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  7. Add Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  8. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  9. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  10. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  11. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  12. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.

Notes

– For a stronger Baileys flavor, you can add an extra 1/4 cup of Baileys to the filling.

– This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for best results.
