2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese, if using.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
Notes
For a milder dip, use less buffalo sauce or opt for a mild buffalo sauce.
You can also add chopped green onions or parsley on top for garnish.
