Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries and nuts, if using.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, with additional maple syrup or yogurt if desired.
