BANANA BREAD MUFFINS EASY HOMEMADE RECIPE ๐Ÿง

These delicious banana bread muffins are a perfect treat for any occasion. Moist, fluffy, and packed with banana flavor, they make a great breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

โ€“ 3 ripe bananas, mashed

โ€“ 1/3 cup melted butter

โ€“ 1 teaspoon baking soda

โ€“ Pinch of salt

โ€“ 3/4 cup sugar

โ€“ 1 large egg, beaten

โ€“ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

โ€“ 1 teaspoon baking powder

โ€“ 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and salt.
  5. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  6. Mix in the baking powder and then add the flour until just combined.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
