Instructions
- In a blender, combine rolled oats, mashed bananas, milk, egg, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh fruit, or yogurt.
Notes
