Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.

- Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
