Ingredients

– 4 large eggs

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
  3. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
