Ingredients

โ€“ 1/2 cup ranch dressing

โ€“ 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

โ€“ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

โ€“ 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

โ€“ Chopped green onions for garnish

โ€“ Tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until heated through.
  4. Stir in the cheddar cheese and blue cheese (if using) until melted and well combined.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
