Ingredients
For the Pizza Egg Rolls:

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Pizza Filling:
- In a bowl, mix shredded mozzarella, sliced pepperoni, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir in ½ cup marinara sauce to coat everything evenly.
2️⃣ Assemble the Egg Rolls:
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat with a corner pointing towards you.
- Spoon 2 tbsp of the pizza filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides.
- Brush the top corner with egg wash, then roll it tightly to seal.
3️⃣ Fry the Egg Rolls:
- Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep skillet.
- Fry 3-4 egg rolls at a time, turning occasionally, for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

- In a small saucepan, heat marinara sauce over low heat.
- Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
