Ingredients
- – 32 oz frozen tater tots
- – 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- – 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- – 1 jalapeño, sliced
- – 1/2 cup sour cream
- – 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- – 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- – 1 tsp taco seasoning
- – Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Once the tater tots are cooked, remove them from the oven.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the tater tots.
- Add black beans and jalapeño slices on top of the cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle sour cream over the nachos.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to customize your nachos with additional toppings like avocado, salsa, or your favorite hot sauce.
For a spicier kick, add more jalapeños or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
