- 3β4 lbs chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 5β6 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Place the roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers and top with the butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once done, shred the meat with two forks and serve with the juices.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding sliced onions or garlic cloves to the pot. You can also adjust the number of pepperoncini peppers based on your spice preference.
