DARK CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES

These Dark Chocolate Strawberries are a delicious and elegant treat, perfect for any occasion or just a sweet snack.

1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa or higher)

1 pound fresh strawberries, washed and dried

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional for shine)

Sea salt for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
  2. If desired, stir in the coconut oil for a glossier finish.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, covering about two-thirds of the strawberry.
  4. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt if using, and allow the chocolate to set for about 30 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate for 15 minutes to speed up the process.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
