– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 medium onion, chopped

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 2 cups cooked pasta (optional)

– Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
