- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground cloves
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin, oil, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet until combined.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 55–65 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- Add chocolate chips, nuts, or cranberries for variation.
- Bread tastes even better the next day as flavors deepen.
