Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined (a few lumps are okay).
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 1-2 minutes more.
  7. Remove from the skillet and keep warm while you cook the remaining pancakes.
  8. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
