Ingredients
β 2 cups pretzel sticks
β 1 cup creamy peanut butter
β 1 cup powdered sugar
β 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
β 2 tablespoons coconut oil
β Sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until well blended.
- Take a pretzel stick and dip it into the peanut butter mixture, covering it completely. Place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat until all pretzels are coated.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip each coated pretzel into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Place back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on each chocolate-covered pretzel.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
Notes
Β
β You can substitute almond butter for peanut butter if you have nut allergies.
β Add toppings like crushed nuts or sprinkles before the chocolate sets for extra flair.
