GAME DAY DESSERT

This Game Day Dessert is a perfect combination of sweet and salty flavors! It’s easy to make and will be a hit at any gathering. Crunchy pretzels, creamy peanut butter, and rich chocolate come together for an unforgettable treat!

  • Total Time: 50 minutes
  • Yield: 24 servings

Ingredients

– 2 cups pretzel sticks

– 1 cup creamy peanut butter

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

– 2 tablespoons coconut oil

– Sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar until well blended.
  3. Take a pretzel stick and dip it into the peanut butter mixture, covering it completely. Place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Repeat until all pretzels are coated.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  6. Dip each coated pretzel into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on each chocolate-covered pretzel.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.

Notes

Β

– You can substitute almond butter for peanut butter if you have nut allergies.

– Add toppings like crushed nuts or sprinkles before the chocolate sets for extra flair.
