β 1 packet taco seasoning
β 12 slider buns
β 1 lb ground chicken
β 1 cup buffalo sauce
β 1 cup ranch dressing
β 1 cup celery sticks
β 1 cup carrot sticks
β 1 cup guacamole
β 1 cup salsa
β 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with taco seasoning according to package instructions.
- On a baking sheet, layer tortilla chips, cooked ground beef, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- While the nachos are baking, prepare the sliders.
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Form into small patties and grill or cook on a skillet until fully cooked.
- Serve the sliders on buns with ranch dressing.
- Arrange the veggie sticks, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream on a platter for dipping.
- Serve the nachos hot and enjoy!
