Garlic Butter Steak Bites

These Garlic Butter Steak Bites are tender, flavorful, and quick to make. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and let it melt.
  4. Add the steak bites in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches) and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for an hour before cooking.
