- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Add the steak bites in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches) and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for an hour before cooking.
