Ingredients
- 1 prepared pizza dough (12-inch round)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce or pink sauce (tomato and Alfredo blend)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded whole-milk mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated pecorino romano
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced Leviathan smoked sausage
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- Olive oil for brushing crust
- Fresh basil or oregano (optional garnish)
- Optional toppings: sliced onions, crushed red pepper, hot honey drizzle
Instructions
Preheat oven to 500°F with a pizza stone or steel inside
Stretch dough on a floured surface to 12-inch round
Spread sauce evenly, leaving a border for the crust
Sprinkle cheeses evenly over sauce
Distribute sausage and pepperoni evenly. Add optional toppings if desired
Brush crust with olive oil for a golden finish
Bake for 8–12 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling
Garnish with fresh basil or oregano, optional drizzle of hot honey
