Ingredients
β 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
β 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
β 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
β 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
β 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
β 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
β Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine almond milk, protein powder, frozen banana, peanut butter, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
- Place the pint into the Ninja Creami and select the βIce Creamβ function. Process until creamy.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later enjoyment.
