Ingredients
1 pound fresh strawberries
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup coconut oil
Food coloring (red, blue, yellow, green) for pastel colors
Instructions
1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
2. Melt the white chocolate chips with 1/8 cup of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
3. Divide the melted white chocolate into separate bowls and add food coloring to each to create pastel shades.
4. Dip each strawberry into the pastel-colored chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
5. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Melt the milk chocolate chips with the remaining coconut oil and drizzle over the dipped strawberries for added decoration.
7. Allow to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a fun twist, try using different flavored chocolates or add sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
Make sure the strawberries are completely dry before dipping to ensure the chocolate adheres properly.
