Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Cheesesteak Filling:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add butter, then sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms until caramelized (5-6 minutes).
- Add thinly sliced steak and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Lower the heat, sprinkle cheese over the steak mixture, and let it melt. Stir everything together.
2️⃣ Assemble the Breadsticks:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- Spread the cheesesteak mixture evenly over half of the dough.
- Sprinkle extra mozzarella and provolone over the steak.
- Fold the dough over, pressing edges to seal tightly.
