  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Once the corn is grilled, brush the creamy mixture all over each ear of corn.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled cotija cheese over the corn, ensuring it sticks to the creamy sauce.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of additional chili powder and chopped cilantro for garnish.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra kick, add some hot sauce to the creamy mixture.

You can substitute cotija cheese with feta cheese if unavailable.
