🥐 For the Stuffed Biscuit Bombs

🥐 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheese cubes

🥓 ½ cup cooked bacon or crumbled sausage (optional)

🧈 3 tbsp melted butter

🧄 1 tsp garlic powder

🌿 Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Chili Cheese Base

In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic until soft.

Add ground meat and cook until browned.

Stir in spices, tomatoes, and beans. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix in cream cheese, cheddar, sour cream, and Monterey Jack until smooth and melty.
2️⃣ Prepare the Stuffed Bombs

Flatten each biscuit round. Place 1 tablespoon of mozzarella or filling in the center.

Fold edges over filling, pinch to seal, and form a ball.
3️⃣ Assemble the Skillet Dip

Pour the chili cheese mixture into the center of an oven-safe skillet or baking dish.

Arrange the biscuit bombs in a circle around the edge.

Brush each dough ball with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
4️⃣ Bake & Serve

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
