Instructions

1️⃣ Form the Cheese Sticks

  • Stack strips of mozzarella, cheddar, and Monterey Jack together into 3-layer sticks.

  • Lightly dust with cornstarch to help them stay dry.

  • Freeze for at least 45–60 minutes until solid.

2️⃣ Prepare the Breading Station

  • Bowl 1: Flour

  • Bowl 2: Beaten eggs

  • Bowl 3: Panko + garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper

3️⃣ Bread the Cheese Sticks

  • Dip frozen cheese sticks into flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

  • Repeat egg + breadcrumb coating for double-crunch.

  • Freeze again for 20–30 minutes before frying or baking.

4️⃣ Cook

 

  • Deep Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (180°C), fry sticks 2–3 minutes until golden.
