8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional for shine)

Sprinkles or chopped nuts (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  3. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. If desired, sprinkle with sprinkles or chopped nuts before the chocolate sets.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

For best results, make sure strawberries are completely dry before dipping.
