  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

🍔 Assembly

  • 810 slider buns (brioche, Hawaiian rolls, or potato buns)
  • Optional glaze: ¼ cup ketchup + 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Toppings: crispy fried onions, pickle chips, slaw, BBQ sauce

Instructions

1️⃣ Make Mac & Cheese

  • In a saucepan, melt butter. Add milk, cheddar, cream cheese, and seasonings.

  • Stir in macaroni until fully coated.

  • Chill mixture for 30–60 mins until firm enough to scoop.

2️⃣ Prepare Meatloaf Mix

  • In a bowl, combine ground meat, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, and spices.

  • Mix gently until just combined.

3️⃣ Form Sliders

  • Divide meat into 8–10 portions. Flatten each into a patty.

  • Scoop 1 tbsp mac & cheese into center, fold meat around, and seal well.

  • Chill sliders for 30 minutes to hold shape.

4️⃣ Cook Sliders

  • Oven method: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 mins on parchment-lined sheet.
