Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Rub the pork chops with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the seasoned pork chops in a baking dish.
4. Pour the chicken broth around the pork chops.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in the seasoning for a few hours before baking.
