BBQ CHICKEN SLIDERS

Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 cup BBQ sauce

1/2 cup coleslaw mix

8 slider buns

1/4 cup sliced pickles

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce until well coated.

3. Brush the slider buns with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

4. Grill the buns for about 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted.

5. Assemble the sliders by placing a generous amount of BBQ chicken on each bun.

6. Top with coleslaw mix and a few slices of pickles.

7. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve warm.

Notes

You can use store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
