Ingredients
1 pound shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing
12 slider buns
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
Sliced pickles, for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
3. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
4. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and layer with a scoop of the buffalo chicken mixture.
5. Top with shredded lettuce and crumbled blue cheese.
6. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until heated through and the buns are slightly toasted.
8. Serve warm with sliced pickles on the side.
Notes
These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
Feel free to adjust the level of spiciness by using more or less buffalo sauce.
