Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.

3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.

5. Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.

7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

9. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the cream cheese and seasoning.

11. Stir in the cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.

13. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

15. Serve on buns, in tortillas, or as a dip with crackers.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños to the mixture.
This dish can also be made in the Instant Pot for a quicker version.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
