Ingredients
1 small head green cabbage, finely shredded
2 large carrots, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and mix thoroughly until everything is well coated.
4. Cover the coleslaw and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
For added flavor, you can include diced onions or shredded apples. Adjust the sweetness of the dressing by adding more or less sugar to taste.
