frozen yogurt berry bites

These frozen yogurt berry bites are a delightful, healthy treat perfect for any party or gathering! Packed with fresh berries and creamy yogurt, they are easy to make and irresistible.

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

2 tablespoons honey (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granola (for topping)

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

2. Line a mini muffin tin with cupcake liners.

3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about 2/3 full.

4. Place a few mixed berries on top of each yogurt-filled cup.

5. Sprinkle granola on top of each cup for added crunch.

6. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt is completely set.

7. Once frozen, remove from the muffin tin and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute any berries you like or use other fruits such as bananas or peaches.

Store the yogurt bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
