Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 lemons (one for juice, one sliced)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with olive oil.
3. Season the salmon with salt and black pepper.
4. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the fillets.
5. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
6. Grill the salmon for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in lemon juice and olive oil for an hour before grilling.
Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
