Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
1/2 cup hot honey
2 tbsp olive oil

2. 1. Marinate the chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).
3. 2. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. 3. In a bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
5. 4. Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in the flour mixture.
6. 5. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
7. 6. Fry chicken tenders for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
8. 7. Drizzle hot honey over the cooked chicken tenders and toss to coat.

Notes
– For an extra kick, add more cayenne pepper or serve with extra hot honey on the side.
– These tenders can also be baked in the oven for a healthier option; bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
