1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 lime, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup soda water
Ice cubes
Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
1. In a glass, muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges together to release the mint oils and lime juice.
2. Add the sugar and muddle a bit more until well mixed.
3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
4. Pour soda water over the ice and stir gently.
5. Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs.
Notes
For a sweeter drink, adjust the sugar to taste.
You can also add fresh fruit like berries for extra flavor.
