Ingredients
4 cups watermelon, cubed
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Blend the cubed watermelon in a blender until smooth.
2. Add lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt, then blend again until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
4. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
5. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a few mint leaves before blending.
You can substitute honey with agave syrup for a vegan option.
